Detailed feedback on my Porch Potty Standard

I purchased the Porch Potty Standard about a month ago for my medium-sized dog. Ordering was straightforward on their website, and I received a confirmation email right away. Shipping took exactly 7 business days to reach my address in Florida, which was within their estimated timeframe. The packaging was robust; everything arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was surprisingly easy; I just had to attach the legs and connect the drain hose. The quality of the synthetic grass feels durable, and my dog adapted to it in just a few days with some training treats. The self-rinsing feature is very convenient, though I still hose it down manually once a week just to be extra sure. Customer support was helpful when I had a question about the Real Sod Subscription, responding to my email within 24 hours. The main reason I picked this over a competitor was the automated drainage, and it hasn't disappointed. It's a significant investment, but so far, it's proving to be worth it for apartment living.

Value for money was good

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal. I signed up for their newsletter and got a discount code for $15 off my first Porch Potty Premium. That made the price feel much more reasonable. Shipping wasn't free on the main unit, but that's typical for larger items. I also saw they had bundle deals, but my coupon didn't stack with those. Still, with the discount, I felt I got good value for what it is. It's definitely better than constant walks in the rain.

Good for our small dog

I got the Porch Potty Small for my terrier mix, and it's been a pretty good solution for him. The synthetic grass is decent quality, and the drainage hose extension was a must-have for our patio setup. It took about 6 days for the unit to arrive after ordering, which was fine. My only minor complaint is that the initial setup instructions could be a little clearer on connecting the hose, but I figured it out eventually. Overall, it's a solid product and does what it says.

Works great, fast shipping

Got the Porch Potty Mega. My German Shepherd uses it without issues. Shipping was quicker than expected, arrived in 4 days. Easy setup. Happy with the purchase.

Consistently good experience

This isn't my first purchase from Porch Potty. I previously bought a Porch Potty Premium a couple of years ago, and this time I ordered a Synthetic Grass Replacement and some TURF Tastic Odor Eliminator. My previous experience was great, and this one was no different. The grass replacement was exactly what I needed, and the odor eliminator works well on the synthetic turf. I keep coming back because their products are reliable, and I know what to expect. No surprises, just consistent quality and delivery.
